The business is in many ways similar to Ebay but with a few unique twists and a more peer to peer business model. This auction service caters to buyers by helping them find the product they are looking for at the best price. Helping individuals sell their goods and companies advertise their products and services.

1) Member subscriptions ($20-$50 per/month auto billed) - Customers have the option to purchase memberships in order to save money on multiple listings. This will be your main source of revenue because memberships are recurring and will be charged to a customers credit card on a monthly basis, so with each new member your monthly income will continue to grow.

For example if you sell just 3 buyer memberships and 3 seller memberships, you will earn $2,520 per/year which already more than covers the price of this auction.

2) Seller fees ($2-$30) - Customers will pay to sell their items. Fees vary based on the listed selling price, similar to Ebay.

3) Buyer fees ($2-$10) - This is a unique aspect of the site. Buyers will pay a fee to have you find them the item they want at the best price. This is extremely easy for the owner to do (we will show you how) and should be very quick, easy money.

4) Advertising revenue (price based on website traffic) - You will have the option to advertise other businesses on the auction website via a banner and emails to your members.



It is pretty much impossible to lose money with this purchase. You should be able to make your money back with even minimal effort, but if you ever decide you don't want the website, selling it for this price is not going to be difficult.

We will provide a tutorial and live support for the winner to help get accustomed to the control panel (which will allow you to control the website with no programming experience) as well as all marketing strategies and features of the website. The only fees associated with running this website are $9 per/year for domain name hosting and $6 per/month for website hosting. The website will be yours in everyway so you can ofcourse elect to use any service provider you choose.

The business can be run from home or anywhere you have computer access, on your own free time. The more time and effort you put into this the more you can make.
